The name and address of the Certificate holder shall be <br /> stated as follows: The City of Decatur, Illinois, a municipal corporation, One Gary K. <br /> Anderson Plaza, Decatur, IL 62523. The CITY reserves the right at any time to <br /> require a copy of the entire policy or policies. Failure to provide satisfactory <br /> Certificates showing the required insurance shall be cause for the CITY to terminate <br /> any rights of the BOARD under this Lease by verbal notice alone to the BOARD, or its I <br /> agent. I <br /> 10. Mutualitv. The terms of paragraphs 8 and 9 shall apply in a like manner <br /> to the CITY with respect to its obligation to the BOARD hereunder. I <br /> 11. Access. That the CITY'S counsel, engineers, agents or other <br /> representatives shall have reasonable access to the Premises during normal business <br /> hours throughout the term of this Lease for purposes of inspection, survey or other <br /> actions preparatory to the development of the Premises; provided, however, that any <br /> activity by the CITY and its agents and contractors shall not interfere with the <br /> educational activities on said Premises. Prior written notice of entry on the Premises <br /> shall be given by the CITY, its agents and contractors to the principals of Mound and <br /> Sunnyside Schools of an anticipated entry on school premises. The notice shall state <br /> the date of the expected entry and the general purpose for the same.
