That the tabulation of the bid received for furnishing roof replacement City <br /> Project 0203-15 presented herewith be received and placed on file. <br /> Section 2. That the bid of Top Quality Roofing Co., Inc. be accepted and a purchase <br /> order be awarded accordingly. <br /> Section 3.
