RESOLUTION NO. R2002-192 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT <br /> NEAR NORTH REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT AREA <br /> - HOPE VI - <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the proposed agreement among the CITY OF DECATUR, the <br /> DECATUR HOUSING AUTHORITY and EAST LAKE MANAGEMENT & DEVELOPMENT <br /> CORPORATION for the development and revitalization of that area of the City of Decatur <br /> described therein, and commonly referred to as the "Near North", said development and <br /> revitalization to utilize, in part, HOPE VI funding through the U. S. Department of Housing and <br /> Urban Development, a copy of which agreement is attached hereto as Exhibit A, be, and the <br /> same is hereby,received,placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2. That the Mayor and the City Clerk be, and they are hereby, authorized and <br /> directed to sign, seal and attest an agreement among said parties that is in substantial <br /> conformance with E�ibit A, with such changes, additions, or revisions thereto as shall be <br /> approved by said Mayor, and his execution thereof to constitute conclusive evidence of his <br /> approval of any and all such changes or revisions. <br /> PRESENTED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of October, . <br /> c.._.----�j 2� A <br /> � <br /> ul <br /> T�RR .
