Neighborhood children started <br /> second fire, which extended damage beyond repair. <br /> 457 W. Waggoner-NSI #013462. Case started 08-21-01. Dewight Smith named as the owner <br /> in the case. Utilities terminated in April, 2001. Severe state of deterioration. Standing open and <br /> abandoned. Structural deterioration. <br /> 929 E.North-NSI #014620. Case started 11-30-01. Macon County Trustee named as the <br /> owner in the case. Unable to sell at auction. Utilities terminated 12-9-96. Severe state of <br /> deterioration all around.
