RESOLUTION NO. R2002-186 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT WITH <br /> BAINBRIDGE,GEE,MILANSKI&ASSOCIATES,INC., <br /> FOR DESIGN SERVICES <br /> FOR THE RIDGEWAY/BAY SHORE AREA SANITARY SEWER STUDY <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the Agreement authorizing design services for the Ridgeway/Bay Shore <br /> Area Sanitary Sewer Study presented to the Council herewith between the City of Decatur and <br /> Bainbridge, Gee, Milanski &Associates, Inc.,be, and the same is hereby,received, placed on file <br /> and approved. <br /> Section 2.
