. ` , � <br /> The program coordinator will be responsible for the day to day program operations. <br /> Marketing of the program will occur through speaking engagements. Volunteers will <br /> be recruited to assist in carrying out the program objectives. Volunteers and teachers <br /> will engage in training sessions, and routine follow-ups will be conducted to monitor <br /> their progress with the children. The coordinator will coordinate all scheduling of <br /> classrooms, teachers, and volunteers. <br /> B. Levels of Accomnlishment- Performance Goals <br /> In addition to the normal administrative services required as part of this Agreement, <br /> the Subrecipient agrees to provide the following levels of program services with a <br /> completion date as follows: <br /> Units er Month Total Units Com letion Date <br /> Activity#1 50 to 70 children in grade <br /> pre-kindergarten through <br /> three Friday, April 18, 2003 <br /> Activity#2 50 to 70 parents/adults; and <br /> 25 students grade 7-12 <br /> C. Staffing <br /> Executive Director - 4% <br /> Program Coordinator Consultant - 45% , <br /> Trainer Consultant - 31% ', <br /> Bookeeper - 5% ', <br /> D. Performance Monitorin� <br /> The City will monitor the performance of the Subrecipient against goals and I� <br /> performance standards required herein in accordance to the CDBG recipient <br /> monitoring plan. Substandard performance as determined by the City will constitute <br /> noncompliance with this agreement. If action to correct such substandard <br /> performance is not taken by the Subrecipient within a reasonable period of time as <br /> specified by the City and in accordance to the CDBG monitoring Plan, then, after <br /> being notified by the City, contract suspension or termination procedures will be <br /> initiated. <br /> II. TIME OF PERFORMANCE <br /> Services of the Subrecipient shall begin when given a Notice to Proceed by the Neighborhood <br /> Services Department-Neighborhood Renewal Division of the City.
