Perry, Purchasing Supervisor <br /> SUBJECT: Renewal of Towing Agreement <br /> SUMMARY RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends renewing contract with Prairieland <br /> Towing, Inc. to furnish towing services for an additional one year term. <br /> BACKGROUND: City Council originally approved a three(3) year contract for towing services <br /> with Prairieland Towing, Inc. in August of 1999. <br /> T'he terms of the renewal contract are identical to the original contract. <br /> POTENTIAL OBJECTION: None. <br /> INPUT FROM OTHER SOURCES: Police Department wrote original specifications and <br /> approve this renewal. <br /> STAFF REFERENCE: Mazk Barthelemy, Police Chief 424-2745, Deborah M. Perry, <br /> Purchasing Supervisor 424-2762. Mark Barthelemy will be at the council meeting to answer any <br /> questions the council may have about this item. <br />
