Alexander, Director of Water Management V�. <br /> hl � <br /> SUBJECT: Signature for Low Interest Loan <br /> As Council is aware, the Nitrate Treatment Facility at the South Water Treatment Plant <br /> was financed through an Illinois Environmental Protection Agency low interest loan. The low <br /> interest loan program is now requiring a signature on a Tax Exemption Certificate and <br /> Agreement. The Certificate is required by Internal Revenue Service tax laws. <br /> This Certificate does not alter any other provision of the loan.
