These items will be deleted in their entirety <br /> at the established unit prices from the Schedule of Values. <br /> • Therefore, we are offering a credit in the amount of$10,185.20 for this change. <br /> Please note that the Request for Proposal & Change Order form you provided listed <br /> Bodine Services, Inc. as a sub-contractor affected by this change.
