Unless otherwise indicated in the description of <br /> change, accompanying drawings and specifications, all work shall conform to the contract <br /> documents. The Contractor is required to submit within 14 calendar days from the date herein a <br /> proposal and a detailed breakdown for this change. <br /> REASON for change: <br /> Add'fional under+ground ufil'�ties along Sangamon Road were idenfified aft+er the origina!crossing <br /> • design was prepareal The locafion of these add"fional ufilities requines that a longer pipe casing be <br /> prov"►ded f�r fhe 1$'HDPE line. The Cihr originally proposed fo both supply and install the 18"HDPE <br /> line at this crossing location,buf the Cihr now proposes only to supply the 18"line and have fhe <br /> Contractor install the underground portion of the line. <br /> DESCRIPTION of change including reference to drawings and specifications revised, new <br /> drawings and specifications issued: <br /> The 24A sfeel casing length will be increased in length from 26'fo 32: The profile grade af the trench <br /> will be revised slightly to facilitate fhe installafion of the steel casing and the HDPE line. The Cihr wilt <br /> supply the HDPE line and the Confractor will pull it through the trench and the casing pipe.All tree and <br /> brush dearing required,if any, will be done by the Cit�r.
