Under this Grant <br /> Agreement, the Grantee is not the Designated Recipient.Therefore, in accordance with 49 U.S.C. § 5307, the <br /> Designated Recipient hereby agrees to permit the Grantee under this Grant Agreement to receive and dispense <br /> the Federal assistance funds described in this Grant Agreement.
