Macon. <br /> BACKGROUND: This is a court ordered demolition. Marilyn Yvonne Johnson (a/k/a Marilyn <br /> Yvonne Nelson), Christopher Johnson, and Henry Jr. Charles Johnson are the owners of the <br /> property. <br /> POTENTIAL OBJECTION: None. <br /> INPUT FROM OTHER SOURCES: Neighborhood Services requested the demolition be done. <br /> STAFF REFERENCE: Dave Griffiths, Neighborhood Standards Administrator 424-2794, <br /> Deborah M. Perry, Purchasing Supervisor 424-2762. Dave Griffiths will be at the council <br /> meeting to answer any questions the council may have about this purchase. <br /> BUDGET: $12,700 from CDBG Spot Fund. <br />
