SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> The following tasks are proposed or estimated. Each task may be amended based on the <br /> conditions found at the site or as required by the City. <br /> Task 1: State Permit <br /> Apply for a permit from the Office of the Illinois State Fire Marshall to install a new monitoring <br /> system. <br /> Task 2: Install Wiring to Connect All Tanks to One Monitor <br /> Tanks near the bus barn are now connected to an obsolete monitor in the bus barn, and must be <br /> connected to the monitor in the maintenance garage. Tanks on the east side of the maintenance <br /> garage are already connected to the monitor location. <br /> A. Saw cut approximately 3001inear feet of trench in the concrete driveway, from the <br /> tanks near the bus barn to the south side of the maintenance garage. , <br /> B. Install approximately 3001inear feet of direct burial cable. ' <br /> C. Supply and install filler rod in the trench and seal with manufacturer specified sealer. <br /> D. Supply and install conduit and wiring through the south wall of the maintenance <br /> garage and across the ceiling to the monitor location at the northeast corner of the garage. <br /> Task 3: Monitor Console <br /> Supply and install Veeder-Root tank monitor console(TLS-350 Plus) with compliance software <br /> and all necessary input module boards. <br /> Task 4: Probes and Sensors <br /> Supply and install new and/or replacement probes and sensors, as necessary. Expected to be <br /> installed are two (2) Mag 1 probes, with caps and adapters, and eight (8) sump sensors. Probes <br /> and sensors must be compatible with the tank monitor and with the types of tanks to be <br /> monitored. <br /> Task 5: Repair and Replace Manhole <br /> Improvements to the existing 42"manhole will include: <br /> A. Saw cut and jack hammer concrete around the manhole. <br /> B. Supply and install new 42"manhole. <br /> C.
