R2002-134 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING PURCHASE OF LAND <br /> 356 -366 NORTH MAIN STREET <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLiNOIS: <br /> Section l. That the City Manager, or his designee, be, and he is hereby, authorized to <br /> negotiate an agreement for the purchase of the property located at 356 - 366 North Main Street <br /> for a price not to exceed One Hundred Thousand Dollars ($100,000.00), said price to include <br /> both purchase and relocation, and said City Manager and the City Clerk are further authorized to <br /> sign, seal and attest said agreement on behalf of the City. <br /> Section 2. That the City Manager, or his designee, be, and he is hereby, authorized and <br /> directed to pay the consideration authorized in said agreement to the appropriate party or parties, <br /> execute such additional documents as are required and otherwise do that which is necessary to <br /> cause the City to accept delivery of a deed for said property d to receive marketable title <br /> thereto. <br /> PRESENTED and ADOPTED this 15th day of July 002. <br /> i <br /> TERR .
