r . <br /> � <br /> LEASE <br /> THIS LEASE made and entered into by the CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS, a <br /> municipal corporation, (the "City") and the DECATUR GENEALOGICAL SOCIETY, an <br /> Illinois Not-for-profit Corporation, (the "Society"). <br /> 1. Premises. The City does hereby demise and lease to the Society the <br /> following legally described real estate ("Premises") situated in Macon County, Illinois: <br /> Commencing 21 feet North of the Southwest corner of Lot One (1) in <br /> Block Two (2) of Cowan & Hostetler's Addition to the City of Decatur, as <br /> per Plat recorded in Book A, Page 201 of the records in the Recorder's <br /> Office of Macon County, said lot lying on the East side of North Main <br /> Street in said City of Decatur; thence North 42 feet; thence East 94 feet; <br /> thence South 42 feet; thence West to the place of beginning, now known <br /> as Lots Two (2) and Three (3) of Master in Chancery's Subdivision and Lot <br /> One (1) in Block Two (2) of Cowan & Hostetler's Addition to the City of <br /> Decatur, as per Plat recorded in Circuit Court Record 18, Page 460 of the <br /> records in the Circuit Clerk's Office of Macon County, Illinois. Commonly <br /> known as 356-366 North Main Street, Decatur, IL, Real Estate Parcel ID <br /> No. 04-12-15-237-002 <br /> 2. Use. The Premises shall be used and occupied by the Society solely as a <br /> genealogical society and for no other purpose whatsoever without the written consent of <br /> the City. � <br /> 3. Term. The term of this Lease shall be from September 16, 2002 through <br /> April 30, 2003. <br /> 4. Rental. The rental shall be One Dollar ($1.00) per month or any portion <br /> thereof, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged. <br />
