The City of Decatur agrees that the Decatur Genealogical Society has the <br /> right to remove all salvageable items in and on the building at 356-366 <br /> North Main Street, Decatur, Illinois. <br /> 3. The Decatur Genealogical Society retains the right to keep possession of <br /> the building at 356-366 North Main Street, for 120 days after closing, to <br /> allow for moving. <br /> 4.
