Bids were opened on June 27, 2002, with the following results: <br /> Compared to <br /> Engineer's Est. <br /> Bidder Bid Price Over (-Under� <br /> Engineer's Estimate $254,801.00 ----- <br /> Christy Foltz, Inc. $196,705.00 (-22.8%) <br /> Otto Baum Co., Inc. $234,400.00 (-8.0%) <br /> Mid-States General &Mechanical $282,660.00 +9.8% <br /> Contracting Corp. <br /> POTENTIAL OBJECTION: <br /> None foreseen. <br />
