R2002-126 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT AMENDMENT <br /> SPRING CREEK CHANNEL REHABILITATION <br /> CITY PROJECT 2001-47 <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the contract adopted by Resolution R2002-19 between Willoughby <br /> Excavating, Inc., and the City of Decatur be, and the same is hereby modified and amended. <br /> Section 2. That the City Manager and the Director of Engineering and Infrastructure be, <br /> and they are hereby, authorized at their discretion to increase the contract amount not to exceed <br /> $50,000 to facilitate the improvement, and said officers and the City Clerk be, and they are <br /> hereby, further authorized and directed to execute documents to effect said increase. <br /> PRESENTED and ADOPTED this 1 st day of July, 2002. <br /> Terry Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> �;� ��� ��'� <br /> Celeste F.
