That the tabulation of bids received for City Project 2002-12, Decatur Street <br /> Storm Sewer Replacement, and presented herewith be received and placed on file. <br /> Section 2. That the bid of Barr & Robison Sewer & Excavating, Inc., be accepted and a <br /> contract awarded, accordingly. <br /> Section 3.
