Oil and chip <br /> resealing (0&C) means the application of road oils and liquid asphalt <br /> to coat an existing road surface, followed by application of aggregate <br /> chips or gravel to coated surface, and subsequent rolling of material <br /> to seal the surface. This shall encompass the operation of all <br /> motorized heavy equipment used in oil and chip resealing, including <br /> but not limited to operating self-propelled chip spreaders, and all <br /> types of rollers (both hard and rubber tired> ; and other duties <br /> pertaining to the operation or maintenance of heavy equipment related <br /> to oil & chip resealing. <br /> Other Classifications of Work: <br />
