That the Agreement between Homer L. Chastain&Associates and the City of <br /> Decatur, Illinois, for feasibility study for the U.S. Route 51 and Hickory Point Road intersection <br /> project be, and the same is hereby, received,placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2. That the Mayor and City Clerk be, and they are hereby authorized and <br /> directed to execute an Agreement between the City of Decatur, Illinois, and Homer L.
