R2002-106 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AGREEMENT <br /> -INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY CONSULTING SERVICES - <br /> WHEREAS the City of Decatur, Illinois, is in need of consulting services for the <br /> purchase of general government software applications; and <br /> WHEREAS Group 1 Resources, Incorporated, of Lombard, Illinois, has presented a <br /> proposal to the City to provide said consulting services. <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the Agreement for Consulting Services between Crroup 1 Resources, <br /> Incorporated, and the City of Decatur Illinois, to provide the City with consulting services, <br /> presented to the City Council herewith be, and the same is hereby, received, placed on file, and <br /> approved. <br /> Section 2.
