Alexander, Director of Water Management � <br /> SUBJECT: <br /> University of Illinois - Illinois State Water Survey <br /> Lake Decatur Watershed Monitoring Agreement <br /> SUMMARY RECOMMENDATION: <br /> Council adopt the attached Resolution authorizing Amendment No. 06 to Standard Research <br /> Agreement No. 95-163 with the University of Illinois for Lake Decatur watershed monitoring <br /> services provided by the Illinois State Water Survey for a fixed cost of$39,176. <br /> BACKGROUND: <br /> This agreement provides for the continuation of water quality monitoring from May 1, 2002, <br /> through April 30, 2003, in the Lake Decatur watershed for the tenth consecutive year. It also <br /> provides for a comparison and report of these findings with the first nine years of monitoring to <br /> be delivered no later than December 31, 2003. <br /> P4TENTIAL OBJECTIONS: <br /> None foreseen. <br /> INPUT FROM OTHER SOURCES: <br /> Illinois State Water Survey and City staff. <br /> STAFF REFERENCE: <br /> Keith D.
