� \J <br /> AGREEMENT <br /> THIS AGREEMENT made by and between the CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS <br /> ("CITY"), a municipal corporation, and INTERNATIONAL CONTROL SERVICES, INC. <br /> ("ICS"), a Delaware corporation licensed to do business in the State of Illinois. <br /> WHEREAS, ICS is engaged in the production of printed circuit boards and <br /> presently employs eighty-five (85) people at its facility located at 606 West Imboden <br /> Drive (the "Premises"), in the City of Decatur; and, <br /> WHEREAS, ICS has represented to the CITY that it will construct an expansion <br /> of approximately twenty eight thousand (28,000) square feet to said facility, which <br /> expansion will generate a near-term increase of thirty five (35)jobs with the potential for <br /> one hundred (100) additional jobs over the next several years; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the CITY wishes to assist ICS in this expansion, in order to increase <br /> the number of jobs in the community and to increase the property tax base thereof; and, <br /> WHEREAS, ICS has requested that the CITY perform certain work in West <br /> Imboden Drive, as more particularly described below, in order to facilitate said <br /> expansion. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the CITY and ICS agree as follows: <br /> 1. ICS shall use its best efforts and proceed in good faith to complete the � <br /> expansion of its facility as described herein. i, <br /> 2.
