Once determination has been made the damage to field drainage tiles, sanitary sewers, storm <br /> sewers, or utility service lines and their appurtenances resulted from the work authorized by this <br /> permit, the Applicant and/or their Contractor shall complete required repairs within thirty (30) <br /> days after receiving written notification from the District Engineer. Failure to complete the <br /> required repairs may result in the Department completing the repairs and back charging the <br /> Applicant and/or their Contractor for all costs incurred. � <br /> It shall be understood determination of damage may occur after the work authorized by this <br /> permit has been completed and approved. <br />
