In such case dle Contractor shall not be entitled to reoeive any <br /> furt�er payment until tfie Work is finished_ <br /> 6.t 3 If the unpaid balance of the Goniract Sum exceeds the costs of finishing t.�e <br /> 'Work,including compensation for an Engineeas addifi�al service made <br /> necessary th�eby,such excess shall�e�aid to the Coniractor.
