E., City Engineer�„�,,., <br /> SUBJECT: Water Service Agreement for 3290 Turpin Road <br /> SUMMARY RECOMMENDATION: <br /> It is recommended by staff that the City Council approve the attached resolution authorizing a <br /> Water Service Agreement between the City of Decatur and the property owner for 3290 Turpin <br /> Road, and that the Mayor be authorized to execute the agreement, and the City Clerk to attest. , <br /> BACKGROUND: <br /> ' xtended a 12 inch water main to service the Pittsbur Plate Glass facto <br /> In the 1960 s the City e g ry <br /> located on County Highway 30, outside of Mt. Zion. Residents along this water line have <br />, periodically requested permission to tap into the main to service their properties which are <br /> located outside of the City limits and outside the City's water service area.
