SS#8500 <br /> FIRST AMENDMENT TO TIERED APPROACH <br /> TO CORRECTIVE-ACTION OBJECTIVES AGREEMENT <br /> THIS AMENDMENT is hereby made a part of the Tiered Approach to Corrective- <br /> Action Objectives Agreement, dated the 21st day of May, 2001,between Amoco Oil <br /> Company,n/k/a BP Products North America Inc., a Maryland corporation, therein and <br /> herein called Owner/Operator, and the City of Decatur, Illinois, therein and herein called <br /> City(the "Agreement") for those portions of the City right-of-ways adjacent to the <br /> property located at 1725 South Franklin Road, Decatur, Illinois. <br /> WITNESSETH, that the Agreement is subject to the following terms and <br /> _ conditions, to-wit: <br /> A. Exhibit A of the Agreement is hereby amended by removing from <br /> Exhibit A: Figure 1 and Figure 2 dated 5/27/99 and replacing them <br /> with Figure lA, Figure 1B, Figure 2A, Figure 2B and Figure 2C all '' <br /> dated 10/22/O1 attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. ' <br /> B. Exhibit A of the Agreement is hereby amended by removing from <br /> Exhibit A: Table 1 and Table 2 and replacing them with revised Table <br /> 1 and Table 2 attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. <br /> C. Exhibit B of the Agreement is hereby amended by removing from <br /> Exhibit B: Figure 3 dated 5/27/99 and replacing it with Figure 3 dated <br /> 10/22/O1 attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. <br /> [Remainder of this page intentionally left blank.
