E., City Engineer� <br /> SUBJECT: Sanitary Sewer Manhole Inspections , <br /> IDOT Letter Permit � <br /> I <br /> SUMMARY RECOMMENDATION: ' <br /> It is recommended by staff that the City Council approve the attached resolution authorizing a , <br /> permit between the City of Decatur and the Illinois Department of Transportation (IDOT) to , <br /> work in State right-of-way. <br /> BACKGROUND: '! <br /> As part of an ongoing manhole inspection program undertaken by the Engineering and I <br /> Infrastructure Department, a permit is required with the Illinois Department of Transportation in <br /> order for the City inspection crew to inspect the manholes located within State right of way.
