ARTICLE 21 -ASSIGNMENT <br /> Neither Owner nor Design Professional shall assign any rights or duties under this Agreement <br /> without the prior written consent of the other party. Unless otherwise stated in the written <br /> consent to an assignment, no assignment will release or discharge the assignor from any <br />� obligation under this Agreement.
