Perry,Purchasing Supervisor rQ <br /> SUBJECT: Bids for a Regular Cab Pick Up Truck <br /> SUMMARY RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends awarding contract to Northtown Ford <br /> to furnish one (1) 2002 Ford F 150 %2 ton regular cab pick up truck. <br /> BACKGROUND: Replaces a 1994 Chevrolet pick up truck currently in use. <br /> POTENTIAL OBJECTION: None. <br /> INPUT FROM OTHER SOURCES: Water Distribution requested the unit and Fleet <br /> Maintenance wrote the bid specifications. They recommend approval of bid. <br /> STAFF REFERENCE: Phil Wilhelm, MSC Manager 875-4820, Deborah M. Perry, Purchasing <br /> Supervisor 424-2762. Phil Wilhelm will be at the council meeting to answer any questions the <br /> council may have about this purchase. <br /> BUDGET: $13,729 from Equipment Replacement Fund. <br />
