Perry, Purchasing Supervisor� <br /> SUBJECT: Bids for Floor Sweeper <br /> SUMMARY RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends awarding contract to Tennant Sales <br /> and Service for one (1) 2002 Tennant 3640 walk behind floor sweeper. <br /> BACKGROUND: Replaces a 12 year old Tennant floor sweeper currently in use. <br /> POTENTIAL OBJECTION: None. <br /> INPUT FROM OTHER SOURCES: Equipment requested by Fleet Maintenance and they <br /> wrote bid specifications. They recommend approval of bid. <br /> STAFF REFERENCE: Phil Wilhelm, MSC Manager 875-4820, Deborah M. Perry, <br /> Purchasing Supervisor 424-2762. Phil Wilhelm will be at the council meeting to answer any <br /> questions the council may have about this purchase. <br /> BUDGET: $7,622.76 from Fleet Maintenance Fund. <br />
