That the tabulation of bids received for City Project 2002-02, Furnishing <br /> Traffic Signal Controllers & Cabinets, and presented herewith be received and placed on file. <br /> Section 2. That the bid of Brown Traffic Products, Inc., be accepted and a contract <br /> awarded, accordingly. <br /> Section 3.
