R2002-11 <br /> RESOLUTION FOR THE ALLOCATION OF MOTOR FUEL TAX FUNDS <br /> FOR THE PURCHASE OF TRAFFIC SIGNAL CONTROLLER S & CABINETS <br /> BE IS RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Decatur, Illinois, that there is hereby <br /> appropriated the sum of $22,425.00 of Motor Fuel T� funds for the purpose of purchasing <br /> Traffic Signal Controllers & Cabinets. <br /> BE IT FiJRTHER RESOLVED, that the Clerk shall, as soon as practicable after the <br /> close of the period January 1, 2002 to December 31, 2002, submit to the Departrnent of <br /> Transportation on forms furnished by said Department, a certified statement showing <br /> expenditures from and balances remaining in the account(s) for this period; and <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Clerk shall immediately transmit two certified <br /> copies of this resolution to the district office of the Department of Transportation, at Paris, <br /> Illinois. <br /> DATED THIS 4th DAY OF FEBRUARY, 2002. <br /> APPROVED: <br /> TE .
