� <br /> 1. The term of this agreement shall be from the 1 st day of February 2002 until the 31 st of <br /> January 2006. <br /> 2. During the term of this agreement, the City shall transport all recyclable materials suitable <br /> for composting which are or collected or transported by City within the Illinois county of Macon <br /> to Romer Brothers' composting facility. <br /> 3. City agrees to deposit said recyclable materials suitable for composting at said <br /> composting facility pursuant to the rules of the facility. <br /> 4. City agrees to pay Romer Brothers for the depositing of said recyclable materials suitable <br /> for composting at the rate of $3.75 per cubic yard of material deposited during the periods of <br /> October 15th through and including December 15th of each year during the term of this <br /> agreement AND at the rate of$4.75 per cubic yard of material deposited during the balance of <br /> each year during this term of this agreement. <br /> 5. City agrees to comply with any and all rules of the compost facility relating to operations <br /> upon and around the compost facility. <br /> 6. City agrees to pay Romer Brothers within 30 days of date of invoice. <br /> 7. City agrees to pay finance charges, late fees, court costs and reasonable attorney's fees <br /> relating to invoiced fees remaining unpaid for more than 30 days. <br />
