R2002-01 <br /> RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE BID AND AUTHORIZING <br /> THE EXECUTION OF A CONTRACT <br /> DIVISION STREET SANITARY SEWER REPLACEMENT <br /> CITY PROJECT 2001-54 <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the tabulation of bids received for City Project 2001-54, Division Street <br /> Sanitary Sewer Replacement, and presented herewith be received and placed on file. <br /> Section 2. That the bid of Entler Excavating Co., Inc., be accepted and a contract <br /> awarded, accordingly. <br /> Section 3. That the Mayor and City Clerk be, and they are hereby authorized and directed <br /> to execute a contract between the City of Decatur, Illinois, and Entler Excavating Co., Inc., for <br /> said plan for their bid price of$45,120.00. <br /> PRESENTED and ADOPTED this 7th day of January, 2002. <br /> Terry M.
