RESOLUTION NO. R2001-238 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION <br /> OF A CHANGE ORDER <br /> WATER MAIN EXTENSION PROJECT <br /> CITY PROJECT 2001-01 <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the Contract adopted by Resolution R2001-217 between Bodine Services, <br /> Inc. and the City of Decatur be, and the same is hereby, modified and amended so that said <br /> contract shall provide for a total compensation not to exceed $293,351. <br /> Section 2. That the increase is in the best interest of the City of Decatur and is authorized <br /> by law. <br /> Section 3. That the Mayor and City Clerk be, and they are hereby, authorized and directed <br /> to execute such documentation as is necessary to effect the intent hereof. <br /> PRESENTED and ADOPTED this 17th day of December, 2001. <br /> TE Y M.
