I do further certify that the foregoing is a full, true and complete copy of Resolution No. and entitled: R2001-236 RESOLUTION OF TI� CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS, AUTHORIZING TI� EXECUTION AND DELIVERY OF A FIRST AMENDMENT TO LOAN AGREEMENT, A TAX EXEMPTION CERTIFICATE AND AGREEMENT, AND OTHER DOCUMENTS IN CONNECTION WITH AN AMENDMENT OF T'HE ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT REVENUE BONDS (EASTER SEALS CENTRAL ILLINOIS, INC. PROJECT), SERIES 1999 OF TI� CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS AND PROVIDING FOR RELATED MATTERS. which was adopted at the meeting of the Council held on December 17, 2001. I do further certify that the deliberations of the Council on the adoption of said resolution were taken openly; that the vote on the adoption of said resolution was taken openly; that said meeting was held at a specified time and place convenient to the public; that notice of said meeting was duly given to a11 newspapers, radio, or television stations and other news media requesting such notice; and that said meeting was called and held in strict compliance with the provisions of the Open Meetings Act of the State of Illinois, as amended, and the Illinois Municipal Code, as amended, and that the Council has complied with all of the provisions of said Act and said Code and with all of the procedure rules of the Council in the adoption of said resolution.
