Resolution authorizing an agreement for Reimbursable Utility Adjustment. <br /> This resolution authorizes an agreement with the Illinois Power Company for the <br /> relocation of electrical distribution lines located on an Illinois Power easement within the <br /> limits of the proposed construction. <br /> The City / Illinois Power agreement is estimated at $120,000 with a Federal <br /> reimbursement of 80% or$96,000. <br /> 3. Ordinance for parking restrictions along the proposed Hubbard / Rea's Bridge <br /> Road Connector. <br /> This ordinance designates that parking will be prohibited within the project limits which <br /> extends from the east right of way line of Route 48 to the west right of way line of Brush <br /> College Road. Parking is not currently allowed or provided within the project limits, this <br /> ordinance will formalize that. <br /> 4. Ordinance prohibiting the release of waste water into storm sewers. <br /> This ordinance requires the City to regulate the discharge of sanitary sewage or industrial <br /> waste water such that it cannot be drained into any storm sewers that are constructed as <br /> part of this project. <br /> 5. Ordinance regulating encroachments into the public right-of-way. <br /> This ordinance requires the City to regulate encroachments into the public right-of-way. <br /> Encroachments might include buildings, signs, fences, sidewalks or other objects that <br /> may be positioned in the public right-of-way. No encroachments currently exist in the <br /> right of way. This ordinance is an administrative requirement of IDOT whether or not an <br /> encroachment actually exists. <br /> 6. Resolution approving the Local Agency Agreement for Federal Participation with <br /> the State of Illinois for the construction of the proposed Hubbard / Rea's Bridge <br /> Road Connector. <br /> This resolution authorizes the Local Agency Agreement for Federal Participation. <br /> Itemized cost breakdowns are included on the agreement. The total estimated cost for the <br /> Hubbard Avenue / Rea's Bridge Road Connector is $3,475,000 with a City cost of <br /> approximately$823,000 and a Federal Highway Administration cost of$2,652,000. <br />
