In the event any work is performed by other tha.n the COMPANY forces the requirements of the Prevailing Wage Act approved June 26, 1941, as amended, sha11 prevail. SECTION 14. The COMPANY certifies that neither it nor any substantially-owned affiliated compazry is participating or shall participate in an urtemational boycott in violation of provisions of the U.S. E�cport Administraxion Act of 1979 or the regulations of the U.S. Department of Commerce promulgated under that Act. SECTION 15. This Agreement shall be binding upon the parties hereto, their successors or assigns. SECTION 16. The COMPANY shall complete a11 work or sha11 be responsible that all work is completed by other forces within six (6) mornhs of the date of the fully e�cecuted agreemeut.
