IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED •that permission and authority be, . and they are hereby granted to joint Petitioners for the extension of Hubbard Avenue at grade across the single main track of Illinois Central Gulf Railroad 'Company at the place and in the manner as shown on Exhibit A attached to the petition entered in evidence fn this matter. ' IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that permission and �authority be, and they are hereby granted for the construction and maintenance of a grade on the east side of said track as shown on Exhibit A admitted in evidence. ' IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that permission and authority be, and they are hereby granted for the establishment of two spur track crossings with Business Boulevard at the place and in the manner as sho;an on Petitioner's Exhibit C admitted in edidence, said crossings to conform fully with the requirements of General Order 138 of this Commission. iT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Illinois Central Gulf Railroad Company be and it is hereby required and directed to furnish and -� install and thereafter maintain and operate a system of automatic flashing light signals mounted on cantilever masts at the FIubbard ! Avenue crossing with its single_ main track in the northeast part i� of Decatur, said protection to be installed within one (1) year �� from the date of this order.
