The said crossing is to be constructed as a full plank <br /> crossing and the paved approaches thereto are to be constructed in accordance <br /> with Illinois Department of Transportation, Division of Highways Standards <br />�� 1636-3. <br /> The s ur crossin s shown on Exhibit B will be located a roximatel <br /> P g PP Y <br />, 350 feet and 385 feet res ectivel North of Hubbard Avenue on Business <br /> P Y <br /> oulevard and each will be 32 feet more or less in len th. <br /> B g <br /> The said Developer shall, at its sole cost and expense, furnish all <br /> material and perform all necessary work, including grading, paving and <br /> installation of drainage structures for the approa.ches to the end of ties of <br /> each crossing. Railroa.d shall construct the crossings between the ends of <br /> ties and install such crossing protection signs or devices as shall be required <br /> by the public agency governing such installation. Upon receipt of a bill <br /> therefor, Developer shall reimburse Railroad for all of Railroad's cost and <br /> expense incurred in the construction of the crossings and crossing protection. <br /> Upon completion of the construction herein contemplated, Developer <br /> agreed to henceforth assume the cost of maintenance of said crossings. <br /> i�veivper shall, upon receipt of a bill therefor, reimburse Railroad for all <br /> cost and expense incurred by Railroad for maintenance of the said crossings, <br /> - 2 - <br /> _..----- ------ - --�-�----- <br />
