described above. The name and address of the Certificate holder shall be stated as follows: <br /> City of Decatur, Illinois, a Municipal Corporation, #1 Gary K. Anderson Plaza, Decatur, <br /> Illinois 62523. The City reserves the right at any time to require a copy of the entire policy or <br /> policies. Failure to provide satisfactory proof, showing the required insurance or to keep the <br /> same in full force and effect shall be cause for the City to terminate this Lease in accordance <br /> with the provisions of Paragraph 15. <br /> 10. The City shall have no responsibility to preserve the exclusive use of any parking <br /> spaces reserved for ADM or to provide security measures above and beyond what the City <br /> provides in other comparable City owned parking lots. It shall be the responsibility of ADM <br /> to own, install, operate and maintain any system or procedure, mechanical or otherwise, to <br /> secure the exclusive use of the spaces described herein and to increase security as required by <br /> ADM. The City shall cooperate in the installation of any such system or procedure, which <br /> shall be approved by the Director of Engineering and Infrastructure of the City prior to its <br /> initiation or installation. ADM shall make modifications to Garage B as set forth in Appendix <br /> A attached hereto, at ADM's expense. ADM shall be responsible for the installation of, <br /> repairs to and maintenance of the systems and procedures set forth in Appendix A. The City <br /> shall be responsible for the repairs to and maintenance of the pavement, structure, fa�ade and <br /> roof of Garage B. A+ the termination of this Lease, ADM shall remove any fixtures or <br /> improvement installed in furtherance of any such system or procedure at the request of the <br /> City and to return Garage B to its previous condition, unless the parties agree in writing to <br /> alternative arrangements. <br /> The City understands that ADM is not guaranteeing or ensuring the safety of the <br /> members of the public or other tenants who use Garage B and the improvements made by <br />
