� 'ti <br /> Section 4. That all debris shall be removed by the City of Decatur prior to reopening the <br /> State Highway. <br /> Section 5. T'hat the closure and detour shall be marked according to the Illinois Manual <br /> on Uniform Traffic Control Devices. <br /> Section 6. That the City of Decatur hereby agrees to assume all liabilities and pay all <br /> claims for any damage which shall be occasioned by the closing described above and to hold ', <br /> harmless the State of Illinois from all claims arising from the requested road closings. I <br /> Section 7. That when the Chief of Police requests a community event road closing with <br /> the State of Illinois, said request shall be submitted approximately ten (10) days prior to said <br /> closure along with a description of the closure to the Illinois Department of Transportation and <br /> that all emergency agencies be notified of the proposed road closure. <br /> Section 8. That a copy of this Resolution be forwarded to IDOT to serve as authorization <br /> for the Chief of Police to request highway closures through December 31, 2002. <br /> PRESENTED and ADOPTED this l Oth day of December, 2001. <br /> Terry M.
