The property is owned by Julie Ensign <br /> and Larry Ensign. <br /> POTENTIAL OBJECTION: None. <br /> INPUT FROM OTHER SOURCES: Neighborhood Services requested the demolition be <br /> done. <br /> STAFF REFERENCE: Dave Griffiths, Neighborhood Standards Administrator 424-2794, <br /> Deborah M. Perry, Purchasing Supervisor• 424-2762. Dave Griffiths will be at the council <br /> meeting to answer any questions the council may have about this purchase. <br /> BUDGET: $19,900 from the CDBG Spot Demo Fund. <br />
