The Project Team includes: II <br /> ■ Mr. Ted C. Steinbrecher, President and co-founder of Group 1, will serve as Principal �i <br /> Consultant for the engagement. Mr. Steinbrecher has a twenty-five year career in various <br /> aspects of local government, inciuding serving as Assistant Village Manager, Director of I <br /> Public Services and Director of Public Works for several Chicago area municipalities. i <br /> ■ Mr. Matthew W. Klemp, Director of Consulting Services, will provide project oversight and II <br /> coordination for the Group 1 team. Mr. Klemp has worked with local governments on a ', <br /> wide variety of projects, including local and wide area networking, public safety system- ', <br /> selection, financial and general government soflware selections and implementations. <br /> ■ Ms. Rebecca M. Witkowski-Bergsten, Master Associate, will provide operational experience <br /> and technical expertise to the team. Ms. Bergsten has worked for many years in public <br /> safety and most recentiy supported and maintained operations in a multi-agency dispatch <br /> environment. <br /> • Mr. Len McCaw, Senior Associate, will contribute technical expe�tise to the team. Mr. <br /> McCaw has assisted both private and public sector organizations in planning and <br /> implementing their technology infrastructures.
