We have prepared a scope of services <br /> intended to meet the City's needs based on discussions between our staff and the City of Decatur. <br /> MWH's proposed scope of services with schedule and estimated budget are included as <br /> ' Attachments 1 and 2 respectively for your review. <br /> '' The estimated costs for engineering services outlined are based on billing rates for 2001 <br /> (Attachment 3). We propose to perform services under the terms and conditions of our existing <br /> I contract with the City dated November 6, 2000 as amended by this proposal. MWH's <br /> responsibilities during construction are defined in Attachment 4 and are a material part of this <br /> , <br /> �� proposal s scope of services,and are in addition to the November 6,2000 terms and conditions. <br /> � As requested during discussions,this scope of services and estimated budget have been prepared <br /> to allow the City a great deal of flexibility in requesting MWH's services during construction. <br /> , As such,the work will be billed on the basis of actual time spent(billed at the applicable billing <br /> ! rates) plus direct expenses. The extent of services provided by MWH will depend upon the <br /> � City's requests during the course of the work. If this agreement is acceptable to you,please sign <br /> ' both originals where indicated and return one copy to MWH.
