R2001-200 �I <br /> N INEERING II <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING E G <br /> SERVICES AGREEMENT AMENDMENT NO. 1 ' <br /> WATER SYSTEM MASTER PLAN <br /> SCADA SYSTEM TECHNOLOGY PLAN , <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the Engineering Services Agreement adopted by Resolution R2001-75 <br /> between Strand Associates, Inc., and the City of Decatur be, and the same is hereby, modified <br /> and amended so that said agreement shall provide for a total compensation not to exceed <br /> $131,800.00. " <br /> Section 2. That the increase is in the best interest of the City of Decatur and is authorized <br /> by law. <br /> Section 3. That the Mayor and City Clerk be, and they are hereby, authorized and <br /> directed to execute such documentation as is necessary to effect the intent hereof. <br /> PRESENTED and ADOPTED this Sth day of November, 2001. <br /> T$ .
