Harris, do hereby certify that I ain the fully qualified and acting City Clerk of the <br /> City of Decatur, Illinois, and as such City Clerk, I ain the keeper of the seal, records and files of <br /> the City of Decatur, Illinois. <br /> I do further certify that at a duly constituted and legally convened meeting of the City Council of <br /> the City of Decatur, Illinois, held on the 29th day of�October, 2001, a resolution was adopted in <br /> full accordance and confonnity with the regulations of the City of Decatur, Illinois, and the <br /> statutes of the State of Illinois, as inade and provided, and that the following is a full, complete <br /> and true copy of the pertinent provisions of said Resolution. <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the City of Decatur enter into a certain Downstate Public Transportation <br /> Operating Assistance Agreement, contract#3183, OP-02-08-IL, ("AgreenlenY') with the <br /> State of Illinois in order to obtain grant assistance under the provisions of the Illinois <br /> Downstate Public Transportation Act(30 ILCS 740/2-1, et se�c.) <br /> Section 2. That the City Manager and the City Clerk of the City of Decatur be, and they <br /> � are hereby, authorized and directed to execute, seal and attest the Agreement on behalf of <br /> the City of Decatur. <br /> Section 3.
