That the proposal to provide minor drainage ditch improvements to the <br /> Country Manor area presented to the Council herewith, between the City of Decatur, Illinois and <br /> Hutchens Bulldozing, Inc.,be and the same hereby is, received,placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2.
